Our purpose is to help families with academics, logistics, and organization so that they are able to focus on what's important--enjoying life with their student. We're passionate about making learning fun and have seen the growth of students when they are empowered to live independently capable lives. We create lasting change by working with families to provide structure and support to deliver a highly-rewarding experience. By using proven techniques and strategies, we can help students anticipate needs and reduce barriers--proactive rather than reactive. Together, we can make a real difference.

What sets US apart
We have diverse experience with all types of students (different ages, gifted to special needs, community college to elite universities) and we love kids/teens/college students and using creativity to inspire excitement around learning. As a coach first, we work with the student as an equal to determine a course of action. From there, we are able to combine being a mentor, consultant, tutor, teacher, partner, and problem solver into one package--Success Coaching. As experienced professionals, we have worked with hundreds of students in a variety of settings.
Your student will be given individual exercises and activities to determine where their strengths and deficits lie. Then, taking a strengths-based approach, together we determine tangible tasks that align with their goals to create personalized educational plans. We have flexible schedules including evenings and weekends and can meet at local schools, libraries, coffee shops, or even over Zoom.

A note from Erin: Maybe you’re curious to know what Seattle Success Coaching is all about and how it got started (and how it is changing). When I was first called to work with students through coaching, I felt a deep responsibility to each student and took the roles of advocate, partner, and educator extremely seriously. I did, and still do, cherish the ability to know your student and play a part in their educational journey. Working with students has been enormously rewarding and life-altering. As I open my business up and invite other coaches to join me in serving our students, I do so with great care and intentionality. I am committed to each of our learners and will ensure that same level of care and quality is present in every coaching relationship. We collaborate so we will be working together on each student’s educational plan, so you get a variety coaches brainstorming, suggesting ideas, and creating an individual plan to support your student.
